DC Court Strikes Down FCC “Net Neturality” Order
In a ruling issued today, January 14, the Appeals Court for the District of Columbia has ruled that the FCC’s “net neutrality” regulations, issued in 2011, exceed the agency’s grant of authority and thus has struck them down.
