DirecTV Drops The Weather Channel From Lineup Over Fee Dispute

DirecTV and The Weather Channel have come to a parting of the ways, at least temporarily, and TWC is no longer available on the network, because the two entities could not come to an agreement over fees for carrying TWC.  DirecTV noted that Weather Nation, a channel which also gives weather information, is available to DirecTV subscribers.
