Berlusconi To Serve a Year of Community Service Rather Than Prison Time

A Milanese court has agreed that Silvio Berlusconi may serve a year of community service in lieu of four years in prison because of his age. The former Italian Prime Minister and owner of a media empire had been sentenced to four years for tax fraud.
