Amendments To Australian Broadcast Law May Not Have Effect Intended

Broadcasters say that amendments to the Australian Broadcasting Services Act could result in unintended consequences.  The federal government wants more Australian content on television, but what might actually happen is a shift of broadcast content to lesser-watched networks and an influx of material from New Zealand.
