Are We Surprised? Pirates Gorge On Third Season Of “House of Cards”

CNET’s Eric Mack reports that illegal downloaders are tormenting (and torrenting) Netflix by the third season’s streaming of the popular show “House of Cards,” twice the rate of last season. He notes that about a third of the downloads occur where Netflix does not currently offer its services, but a substantial amount of piracy is still happening in countries where Netflix is available.
