Turkish High Court Rules In Favor Of Journalist In Freedom of Speech Case

Turkey’s Constitutional Court has ruled that a prison sentence imposed on reporter Bekir Coskun for criticizing government officials was a violation of his freedom of speech and freedom of the press. The Court has ordered the officials who filed criminal complaints against Mr. Coskun to pay him damages. More here.
