DC CIrcuit Finds In Favor of FCC In “Net Neutrality” Rules Challenge

The DC Circuit has ruled against a challenge to the Federal Communications Commission’s “net neutrality” rules, upholding the agency’s 2015 Open Internet Order scheme and finding that the agency has the authority to reclassify fixed and mobile “broadband Internet access service” as telecommunications services subject to Title II.  Ruling available here.
