Two Duke Law Professors Present the History and IP of Music In a Graphic Novel @DukeCSPD

Jennifer Jenkins and James Boyle, both of Duke University School of Law, and co-author, the late Keith Aoki, have published a graphic novel that is getting a lot of attention. Its title is Theft: A History of Music, and it covers the legal history of music borrowing for over two thousand years. It’s available both in paper and as a download).
